You will need to add a shipping charge of $7.00 (US) for each CD and $4.00 (US) for each score that you are purchasing for shipment to Canada. UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPEAN UNION:

You will need to add a shipping charge of $9.00 for each CD and $4.00 for each score mailed to the European Union or the United Kingdom. Once you have calculated the extra postage, go to www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_transaction-run. PayPal will also need the following email address: mcraver@ptmc.net.

AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, ASIA:

You will need to add a shipping charge of US $9.00 for each CD you are purchasing, and $4.00 per score for shipment to Australia or Japan or Asia to be completed.
